Si fa presente che sarà il consiglio a prendere le decisioni sulle sanzioni, considerando caso per caso.I CL ed il VCL hanno la possibilità di sanzionare, in casi specifici, senza dover necessariamente consultare il consiglio.
Regolamento Clan
- NORME GENERALI
1) E’ vietato giocare allo stesso gioco stando contemporaneamente in due o più clan.
2) Ogni membro del clan è tenuto ad utilizzare la tag (=XIIªFVL=) seguita da uno spazio + il nick come segno di riconoscimento d’appartenenza. Si fa presente che ogni membro avente inserita la tag parla a nome del clan, siamo tutti maturi quindi è inutile che si aggiunga altro.
3) Non è assolutamente tollerato l’uso di cheats / hacks / script di nessun genere, o di qualsiasi cosa / espediente volto a modificare la naturale dinamica del gioco dando un palese vantaggio nei confronti degli avversari.
- RECLUTE
1) Ogni player con l’intenzione di far parte del nostro gruppo dovrà compilare apposito modulo che troverà nel nostro sito. Successivamente a questo si richiede una piccola presentazione che si svolgerà a voce tramite ts.
2) Una volta accettata, ogni recluta dovrà lasciar passare un mese nel quale verrà visionato per l’idoneità allo spirito del can. In questo mese di prova ogni recluta è obbligata ad
inserire la tag del gruppo (=XIIªFVL=) + rcl + spazio seguito dal nick.
Regolamento Server di gioco
- NORME GENERALI
1) E’ vietato insultare / calunniare / offendere i player.
2) Non è assolutamente tollerato l’uso di cheats / hacks / script di nessun genere, o di qualsiasi cosa / espediente volto a modificare la naturale dinamica del gioco dando un palese vantaggio nei confronti degli avversari.
3) Obbligo di mantenere sempre un linguaggio, sia scritto che parlato, “civile”.
4) Ogni membro che turba lo spirito del clan o che infrange una qualsiasi regola verrà considerato sgradito, successivamente a 2 avvertimenti scritti, verrà allontanato.
5) La password del server è PRIVATA, solo i membri e gli amici della Fvlminata possono esserne a conoscenza.
6) E' consentito ai player, non facenti parte del consiglio, di rimanere in modalità "assisti" per un tempo non superiore a 5 minuti.
Regolamento TS
- NORME GENERALI
1) TS viene utilizzato dalla Fvlminata come mezzo comunicativo. Tale server è di natura privata, protetto da password. Tale password verrà comunicata ad ogni membro ed amico e deve rimanere privata.
Regolamento Consiglio
- NORME GENERALI
1) Il Consiglio è un organo fondato dal CL Founder così da poter rendere ogni decisone presa il più democratica possibile. I CL si prefiggono la possibilità di prendere decisioni senza dover necessariamente consultare il consiglio.
2) Tale consiglio è formato da più membri, i quali ricoprono un ruolo specifico definito. Tali ruoli sono visionabili con apposita scala gerarchica.
3) Ogni membro del consiglio ha la facoltà di esprimere la propria opinione nelle discussioni attive e ha diritto di voto dove necessario.
4) Il consiglio ha la facoltà di prendere decisioni su tutte le questioni riguardanti il clan, comprese le sanzioni, dove necessario.
Regolamento Forum / Sito
Ciascun utente, al momento della registrazione al forum / sito della XII LEGIO FVLMINATA effettua l’accettazione delle seguenti clausole.
- NORME GENERALI
1) L’utente è l’unico responsabile delle informazioni e dei messaggi da lui inseriti.
2) L’utente si impegna a non utilizzare questo servizio privato come mezzo per la diffusione di messaggi pubblicitari non desiderati (spam) e di informazioni inutili (junk), salvo sezioni apposite. All’utente è altresì vietato l’inserimento di particolari messaggi codificati appositamente in modo da danneggiare la struttura del forum e/o del sito stesso.
3) L’utente riconosce la completa autorità del Consiglio nel modificare e/o cancellare i post che non vengono ritenuti affini con il titolo della discussione. Tale norma è da considerarsi valida in riferimento a dei thread interi.
- TESTI
4) E’ assolutamente vietato riportare frasi, affermazioni, commenti, comunicati stampa, informazioni riferite o riferibili a terze persone e/o associazioni e/o parti senza prima assicurarsi della bontà delle stesse e della certezza della fonte di provenienza. È consentito riportare quanto sopra solo con riferimento ad apposito link da cui si è tratto la notizia e/o il commento e/o il comunicato. In ogni caso si ribadisce la responsabilità personale del singolo utente che non rispetta quanto sopra senza alcuna responsabilità né dell’Amministrazione né dei Moderatori. Il Consiglio dovrà essere avvisato dal diretto interessato affinché possa essere messo in grado di rimuovere e/o modificare eventuali contenuti non corrispondenti a verità e/o offensivi.
5) Divieto assoluto di aprire discussioni inerenti alla pornografia e odio razziale.
6) Divieto assoluto di scrivere discussioni in tono provocatorio e / o polemico in quanto causa liti tra membri. Blocco dell’account senza remore ad ogni eventuale trasgressore.
7) Divieto assoluto di denigrare, sbeffeggiare o insultare personalità politiche o comunque famose, enti ed autorità, pur restando nel pieno diritto di commentare fatti attuali relativi ai summenzionati soggetti. Non è così difficile discutere e contestare in modo costruttivo, senza cadere nella politica personale, basta solo un po’ di buon senso. Resta valido il divieto assoluto a discussioni aventi quale tema la politica.
8) Piena discrezione, da parte dei moderatori, di escludere comunque dal forum quegli utenti che risultino in qualche modo elementi non graditi e che, pur non infrangendo nessuna regola, siano elementi comunque destabilizzanti.
9) Evitare, se possibile, l’utilizzo delle maiuscole senza motivo. Utilizzare le maiuscole significherebbe urlare in una normale conversazione.
10) Qualora un utente abbia intenzione di aprire una discussione il cui argomento è ai limiti del regolamento, è caldamente invitato a consultarsi con un moderatore PRIMA di aprire la discussione stessa. Per esperienza, il buon senso di tutti, utenti e moderatori, ha sempre la meglio: cerchiamo tutti indistintamente di usarlo in modo tale che le norme del regolamento possano diventare sempre più parole e sempre meno leggi applicate.
11) Divieto assoluto all’invio di codici seriali di programmi commerciali o link a siti warez o legati in qualsiasi modo al mondo della pirateria informatica.
12) Ogni utente è invitato al rispetto della Privacy rivolta agli altri utenti (nomi, cognomi, numeri telefonici, indirizzi, foto, email, ecc…) ed alle aree private del forum / sito (password, discussioni interne, comunicazioni private, ecc…)
13) Ogni utente del forum può avere un solo ed unico account: account multipli, se individuati, verranno cancellati.
14) E’ assolutamente vietato utilizzare il forum come “vetrina” commerciale per la propria attività o per le attività commerciali in genere.
- MODERAZIONE
15) La figura del Moderatore è necessaria non solo per garantire il rispetto del regolamento, ma anche per cercare di mantenere tutte le discussioni costruttive e per garantire comunque il rispetto delle opinioni altrui. I moderatori vengono scelti dall’Amministrazione e rispondono direttamente ad essa. Ai moderatori è consentito chiudere, rimuovere, cancellare o modificare ogni discussione non consona al regolamento. Tale discussione, prima di essere eliminata / modificata, verrà resa nota all’Amministrazione. La contestazione di tale operato sarà tollerata solo se effettuata in maniera privata (email, PM).
- COMPORTAMENTO
16) Sono vietati contenuti che possano offendere e/o denigrare uno o più utenti del forum. Sarà esclusivo ed insindacabile compito dei moderatori stabilire quando questi limiti vengano oltrepassati ed intervenire di conseguenza (chiusura del thread).
17) Qualora un utente venga bannato dal forum non può riscriversi con altro nickname; su questo forum non vengono bannati i nick, ma le persone, per evidenti ragioni. Qualora un utente bannato si riscriva al forum e venga scoperto, verrà nuovamente bannato. Qualora questo utente continui a riscriversi, con l’unico scopo di contestare e ostacolare il regolamento e le decisioni prese, si procederà con la segnalazione all’autorità competente e al provider utilizzato.

=XIIªFVL= is a FUN private community.
This clan has been created just for fun and entertainment purposes.
Each player who undermines these purposes will be sanctioned properly.
This is a “generic” set of rules. We hope that the maturity of each player will always prevail so that it won’t be necessary to apply them for every kind of friction.
The board (council) will take all decisions concerning sanctions, considering each case .CL and VCL have the power to apply sanctions, in specific cases, without necessarily consulting the board.
Clan Rules
- GENERAL RULES
1) It’s not allowed to play the same game being part of two or more clans at the same time.
2) Each clan member has to use the tag (=XIIªFVL=) followed by space + nick as identification and membership mark. Each member using the tag speaks for the clan, so maturity and common sense are to be hoped for.
3) It’s not tolerated the use of any kind of cheats / hacks / scripts, or any expedient in order to change the natural dynamics of the game, giving a clear advantage towards opponents (challengers).
- RECRUITS
1) Each player who’s willing to become part of our group, must draw up a special form that can be found on the website. Afterwards, a brief presentation through ts is required.
2) Once a recruit is accepted, it will take a month to examine his fitness to the clan’s attitude. During this trial month, each recruit must insert the group’s tag (=XIIªFVL=) + rcl + space followed by the nick.
Server game rules.

1) Members must not insult / slander / offend players.
2) It’s not tolerated the use of any kind of cheat / hack / script, or any expedient in order to change the natural dynamics of the game, giving a clear advantage towards opponents (challengers).
3) Members must always keep a “polite” written and spoken language.
4) Members that upset clan’s attitude or break any rule will be considered unwelcome and, subsequently 2 written notices, will be turned away.
5) The server password is PRIVATE, only members and Fvulminata’s friends can be acquainted with it.
TS rules
- GENERAL RULES
1) TS is used by Fvlminata as a mean of communication. Such server is private, protected by a password. The password will be communicated to each member and friend and must remain private.
Board rules
- GENERAL RULES
1) The Board is a branch founded by the CL Founder in order to make every decision the most democratic as possible.
CLs have the power to take decisions without necessarily consulting the board.
2) Such board is composed by different members that fill a specific and defined role. Such roles can be examined with the proper hierarchy scale.
3) All board members have the power to express their own opinions on active discussions and have right to vote, when necessary.
4) The board has the power to take decisions concerning all clan’s questions, including sanctions, if necessary.
Forum / website rules
Each user, at the time of registration to the XII LEGIO FVLMINATA forum / website, accepts the following clauses.
- GENERAL RULES
1) User is the only one responsible for information and messages he/she inserted.
2) User undertakes not to use this private service for spreading unwanted advertisements (spam) and useless information (junk), except in special sections.
Likewise, user is not allowed to insert particular messages properly encoded in order to damage forum or site structure.
3) User acknowledges the full authority of the Board in modifying and/or deleting posts that are not considered alike to the title of discussion. Such rule is to be considered valid with reference to the whole of a thread.
- TEXTS
4) It’s not allowed to report sentences, statements, comments, press releases, information concerning a third party and/or association and/or parts without assuring their effectiveness and reliability of source. It is allowed to report all mentioned above only with reference to the proper link from which the information and/or comment and/or press release comes from. Anyway, it’s reaffirmed the individual responsibility of each user who won’t respect what said above, without any kind of responsibility from administrations or moderators. The board must be informed by the interested one so that it can be able to remove and/or modify possible offensive contents which do not correspond to reality.
5) Members must not open discussions related to pornography and racism.
6) Members must not write discussions in a provocative or polemic tone because they could be cause of quarrels among members. Each transgressor will be punished with the block of the account.
7) Members must not denigrate / insult political or famous personalities, even if they have the right to comment current facts concerning mentioned subjects. It’s not so hard to discuss and contest in a constructive way, it’s just a matter of common sense. Nevertheless, discussions about political themes are not allowed.
8) It’s discretion of moderators to exclude from the forum all those users that result not welcome and destabilizing for the rest of the group, even if they don’t break any rule.
9) Try to avoid, if possible, the use of capital letters without reason. Using capital letters might mean shouting in an ordinary conversation.
10) Whenever a user wants to open a discussion which topic is borderline, he’s asked to contact a moderator BEFORE opening such discussion. As experienced, users and moderators’ common sense always gets the better: we all try to use it without distinction so that rules could become easier to follow.
11) It’s absolutely forbidden the posting of serial codes for commercial programs or links to warez websites that could be related to hacking.
12) Each user is asked to respect Privacy with reference to the other users (names, surnames, telephone numbers, addresses, photos, e-mails, etc…) and to website / forum’s private areas (password, inner discussions, private communications, etc…).
13) Each forum member can have an account only: multiple accounts, if identified, will be deleted.
14) It’s absolutely forbidden the use of the forum as a commercial showcase for one’s own business activities.
- MODERATION
15) Moderator’s figure is necessary not just to guarantee the respect of rules, but even to try to keep all discussions constructive and to guarantee the respect of other members’ opinions. Moderators are chosen by Administration and respond directly to it. Moderators can close, remove, delete or modify all discussions that are not in accordance with the rules. Such discussions will be notified by Administration before being removed / modified. Contestations to these actions will be tolerated only if done in a private way (email, PM).
- BEHAVIOUR
16) Contents that could offend or denigrate one or more users on the forum are absolutely forbidden. Moderators have the exclusive and unquestionable task to fix when those limits are exceeded and intervene consequently (thread closing).
17) Whenever a user gets banned from the forum, he can’t register again with another nickname: on this forum the ban is applied to people not to nicks, for obvious reasons. If a banned user registers again to the forum with the only purpose of contesting, obstructing rules and taken decisions, this will be pointed out to the competent authority and the used provider.
